Each sachet contains paracetamol and phenylephrine hydrochloride. Paracetamol helps relieve pain and reduce fever, while phenylephrine helps relieve nasal congestion.

Soothing lemon hot drink

Simply dissolve one sachet in a mug of hot, but not boiling, water. Stir well until completely dissolved. You can also sweeten it to taste if preferred.

Non-drowsy formula

The Australian Lemsip Max Decongestant formula is designed as a non-drowsy cold and flu treatment. However, it may cause sleeplessness in some people.
