Warranty Policy
At Karkhano, we take pride in sourcing 100% original, high-quality, branded products from Amazon and other reputable global retailers. Each item is thoroughly inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive it in perfect condition. However, due to the varied origins of our products and the nature of our sourcing model, warranty coverage is limited.
Product Inspection & Quality Assurance
We do not offer standard product warranties. This is because our inventory consists of lot-based stocks sourced from multiple international suppliers, often at significantly lower prices than the market average. Instead of adding markup for extended warranties, we focus on offering you better value and verified product quality.
Each item is reviewed for quality and condition before it leaves our warehouse. Only those that meet our high standards are shipped to customers.
Reporting a Product Issue
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to submit a claim.
To process your request, please provide:
- Clear video evidence of the issue
- Original packaging and labels intact
- Order number and product details
Once verified, we will guide you through the replacement or refund process (if applicable).

Certain low-cost or sensitive products, such as toothbrushes or grooming tools, are not eligible for warranty claims due to their inherent nature and intended usage.
Since our products come in limited-lot quantities from multiple global sources, offering manufacturer or extended warranties is not always practical. Instead, we concentrate on verifying product quality before dispatch and delivering significantly better prices. These savings are passed directly to you.
