Return & Exchange Policy

At Karkhano, we want you to feel confident shopping for imported electronics, tech gadgets and home appliances. Please read our policy carefully to understand how returns and exchanges work.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Customers must record a video while opening the parcel to support any claim of damage, missing items, or wrong products. Claims without an unboxing video or videos made after opening will not be accepted.

Imported Product Disclaimer

Many of our items are sourced from multiple ports across Europe. While our team carefully inspects every product before delivery and discloses any visible imperfections, international handling may still result in minor damage during transit. In such rare cases, we are not responsible for any issues that were not identifiable at the time of inspection. We aim to be as transparent as possible, but Karkhano cannot be held accountable for factory-level imperfections or transit-related damage beyond our control.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products must be unused and returned with the original box, information booklet, and all accessories intact.
  • Please pack the item securely in a carton or bubble wrap; do not write on or tape the original packaging.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our support team via info@karkhano.online or DM us on Instagram @karkhano.online.
  • Provide your order number, unboxing video, clear photos of the defect or damage, and a brief description.
  • Our team will guide you through the approval process and next steps.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
  • If your claim is declined, the product will be returned to you.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers bear the logistics cost for returning or exchanging items.

Please Note:

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Karkhano reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request that does not comply with this policy.
