4. Do you deliver across Pakistan?

5. How long does delivery take?

Expect delivery in 3–7 working days (Monday – Saturday) once your order is confirmed. Our logistics partners ensure timely and secure shipping from our international sources to your doorstep.

6. How can I track or cancel my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS to help you track your parcel. 

You can only cancel your order if it has not been dispatched. To cancel, please contact our customer support with your order details, and we will process the cancellation immediately.

7. What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and an unboxing video is mandatory to support any claim.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

11. Do your products come with a warranty?

Most items do not include a warranty as they are sourced from international suppliers and ports. However, all products are inspected before shipping, and we offer support for damaged or defective items if you report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video as proof.

No warranty is provided for non-sensitive, lower-value items (e.g., toothbrushes, accessories). This approach allows us to offer authentic, branded products at significantly better prices, while still maintaining quality control.

12. Can I pay through installments?

Yes, we offer installment options through selected banks when you pay via credit card at checkout. Installment plans are subject to your bank’s eligibility and terms. This allows you to shop high-value products more conveniently, with easy monthly payments.

13. Can you hold a product for me?

We can hold a product for up to 7 days, provided you pay 50% of the total amount in advance. Please note, we are unable to extend holds beyond this period due to limited stock availability.
