Pricing and Availability

All prices on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. Karkhano reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders for products listed at an incorrect price.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email once you place an order at Karkhano. Please note that this confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or limit the quantity of any order at our discretion, for reasons such as stock shortages, international shortcomings, payment verification issues, or suspected fraud.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request an order cancellation by contacting our support team promptly. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Karkhano also reserves the right to cancel any order for valid reasons, including but not limited to unavailability of stock or payment issues.

Delivery

Karkhano delivers premium electronics and home appliances nationwide in Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Orders typically arrive within 5 to 14 business days, depending on location and product type. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared to track your order until it reaches your doorstep.
If you prefer to pick up your order yourself, here are the pickup details:

  • Self-Pickup Time: Available after 5 PM
  • Pickup Location: Springs Apartments, Expressway, Islamabad
  • Delivery Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of electronics and appliances sourced from various international brands, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products reported within 24 hours after receipt of the product.
Many of our products are sourced from Europe through multiple ports. While our team conducts thorough checks before shipping and discloses any visible imperfections, minor damage from international transit may still occur. Any such known imperfections are shared upfront, and we are not responsible for factory-level or transit-related defects that could not be detected during inspection.
To support a claim, customers must record a clear video while opening the parcel. Claims submitted without an unboxing video, or with videos recorded after the package has been opened will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with clear photos, your order details, and an unboxing video.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by all accessories and manuals. Products damaged due to the customer’s misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return or refund.
Once your returned item is inspected and approved, a refund is processed within 7–14 working days. Karkhano covers return shipping costs for approved claims.

Payments

Karkhano accepts Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards as payment methods. All online payments are processed through trusted gateways to protect your personal and financial information. Orders may be subject to verification checks to prevent unauthorized transactions.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to use Karkhano lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt its operation. Sharing false information, using another person’s account, or violating applicable laws is strictly prohibited. Karkhano reserves the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms and take legal action against them.
